Digital Products and Instant Access

When purchasing digital educational content, personalized nutrition blueprints, or downloadable guides:

If you explicitly consent to the immediate supply of digital content during checkout and acknowledge that you thereby forfeit your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once digital transmission has begun, your right to cancel terminates upon the commencement of delivery, in compliance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Nonetheless, if a digital file is corrupt, inaccessible, or does not match its advertised specifications, GA SISTEMI d.o.o. will promptly replace the file or issue a complete refund within 14 days of your notice.

Returns of Printed Materials

For physical items (such as printed journals or study materials):

• Return Period: You have 14 days from physical receipt of the package to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unsoiled, and complete with all original components.
• Return Address: GA SISTEMI d.o.o., Industrijska cesta 1G, 1290 Grosuplje, Slovenia.
• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item was damaged or delivered erroneously, the direct costs of return shipping are borne by the consumer.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be executed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice (or received the returned physical goods). Refunds are issued using the exact same payment instrument used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No administrative fees are charged for processing valid refunds.
